Developing a Professional Learning Program for Educators
A national nonprofit approached Persephone to design a professional learning program that would help K–12 educators strengthen their instructional practices and integrate evidence-based methods into their classrooms.
Our Approach
We collaborated closely with the client to:
Conduct a needs assessment to identify gaps and priorities
Develop a structured curriculum with clear learning objectives
Create facilitator guides, participant materials, and supplemental resources
Pilot the program and refine content based on participant feedback
Outcomes
95% of participants reported increased confidence applying new strategies
The program has been adopted by over 200 schools nationwide
